| (R)esolution (S)ervices are those activities that are provided by SII to clients confronted by unplanned or foreseen issues, requiring troubleshooting and resolution. These services are scheduled on site and specifically designed to identify and repair operating flaws within the hardware or software architecture that have led to the disruption of services. Findings can at times lead to recommendations that evolve into ADS projects. Core Competencies in this area include: Database Services, Maintenance and Support, Integration Services, Connector Services, Application Enhancements and/or Modification services. |
