Suneel Sawant, Chairman
Founder of Software International, Inc. (Sii), Suneel Sawant is a seasoned Senior Technology Adviser in the United States and overseas to Fortune 1000 companies. He received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bombay and his Master's degree with Honors in Computer Science from The New York Institute of Technology in 1991. Ronald J. Wilkins, CEO - Devix
Ronald Wilkins is an internationally experienced executive with successes spanning Fortune 50s, start-ups, and turn-arounds. Mr. Wilkins’ leadership, problem solving and process development skills were honed in the educational programs of IBM, Harvard, MIT, and Wharton among others. His first hand cross-cultural experiences in dozens of countries covering the Americas, Europe and Asia provide important experience to meet SII’s International aspirations. Mr. Wilkins’ business stewardship includes Director on the Boards of: Woo Shin Ltd. Seoul , Korea ; Asia Bell Ltd. Bangkok , Thailand ; Getgaga Corp., Ft. Lauderdale , FL ; Charleston Fitness Equipment, LLC, Mt. Pleasant, SC; Cornerstone Venture Capital, LLP Mountain View, CA; Avellan Systems, Los Altos , CA ; and IdeaLadder, Hollywood , FL. Mr. Wilkins has a proven track record for building high performance teams, early in his career at IBM and DEC and more recently in a number of CTO, COO and CEO roles in early stage ventures. Mr. Wilkins has a working knowledge of French, Spanish, Thai, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese, Italian, Tagalog, Korean and is working on his German and Romanian.

Robert Klein, CFO
Robert Klein is an accomplished CFO. He has served as a senior manager for a major accounting firm and a VP for a diversified multi-billion dollar publicly traded real-estate conglomerate and he has launched an in house tax department for a multi-billion dollar company traded on the NY Stock exchange. Previously, as CFO of the Herrick Company Inc., a privately held investment company, he was responsible for all financial administration. His duties included strategic planning and forecasting, acquisitions and dispositions, tax planning for over 200 entities, family office administration and risk management. Most recently, Mr. Klein has served as the CFO for Criterion Strategies Inc., a critical incident and risk management, business continuity and homeland security company, for the last 6 years.

Ron Henley, Advisor
Mr. Henley is an International Grandmaster of Chess, author of eleven books and producer of sixty chess videos. Henley was the founder of the award winning Smart Chess Online and World Wide Web Chess Superstore. Henley was Chief Trainer to World Chess Champion Anatoly Karpov for nine matches throughout the 1990s including World Championship matches versus Garry Kasparov, Gata Kamsky and Viswanathan Anand. Ron has been a guest lecturer at numerous US Universities and National Chess events. From 1985 thru 2001, Mr. Henley was an American Stock Exchange Member with Michael Becker & Co, Tumbleweed Trading, and Cohn Duffy and McGowan. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Henley was a founding partner and Head Trader of a statistical arbitrage family of hedge funds, which consistently ranked in the top ten of the volatility asset class. Mr. Henley is currently serves on the Board of Directors of Global Security Devices Inc, Quantum Genomics Corp and International Collectibles Network.

Jay Kanetkar, Legal Counsel
Mr. Kanetkar has 10 years experience as Case Agent and Technical Agent with the FBI specializing in Counterterrorism and Counterintelligence including usage of sophisticated high-tech equipment. Jay was also an Electronics Engineer with US Dept of Defense. He is also a licensed Attorney and has practiced Commercial Law for several years.
